DCA Services provides cleaning services for hotels throughout the Netherlands. Until recently, time tracking was done manually using paper and Excel files. Hotel managers would send weekly timesheets, which DCA then had to check and process manually for invoicing — a time-consuming process that could take up to three full days per week.
DCA was looking for a digital solution that would allow hotel managers to easily submit hours and enable the administration team to invoice directly, without duplicate data entry or errors.
Our solution
We developed a user-friendly online platform where all stakeholders — DCA, hotel managers, and cleaning staff — have access to their own environment. Hotel managers enter the hours worked per employee each week. After approval, these are automatically sent to DCA, where the admin team can generate invoices with one click via an integration with WeFact.
Cleaning staff can view their own worked hours and personal details. Hotel managers have visibility into the employees linked to their hotel, including full contact details.

The result
