The challenge
Visus Eye Clinic used an outdated system for scheduling treatments, preliminary exams (UVOs), and check-ups. The process was spread across multiple tools and Excel sheets, making it error-prone and time-consuming. There was a need for one central, user-friendly solution to efficiently schedule, modify, and track appointments.
Our solution
We built a custom internal scheduling system tailored to Visus’ needs. Staff can quickly and clearly create, manage, and move appointments. The system supports multiple appointment types, accounts for room and specialist availability, and provides clear daily and weekly overviews per location.
