HSI Installaties installs underfloor heating in new homes. Upon completion, they are required by the Waarborgwet to document their work with photos. This was previously done via WhatsApp, which led to lots of manual work, confusion, and administrative delays.
Our Solution
We built a mobile app that allows technicians to view projects and directly upload photos linked to specific house or block numbers. The app is connected to the central project overview and ensures all documentation is instantly stored in the right place. No more hassle or searching afterward.
This way, every handover is documented quickly and correctly, without extra administrative burden on the team.
