The challenge
The clinic needed a central way to log internal tasks, follow-up requests, and announcements related to patients. Much of the communication took place via email or notes, leading to misunderstandings, missed tasks, and lack of oversight. An integrated solution within the existing EHR was essential.
Our solution
We developed an internal ticketing and communication system fully integrated into the EHR. Staff can now easily assign tasks or messages to specific patients and colleagues and track their status. With smart filters, priority tags, and automated reminders, nothing slips through the cracks.
